From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Our room was clean, and the breakfast from the Bistro was delightful. We loved that the hotel was right next to a shopping center, making our dining options a breeze.

However, the sound from the hallways was quite noticeable, especially during late nights. Even though most of the noises were manageable, it did take away from an otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

We loved the beautiful landscaping and friendly Bistro staff. The nearby shopping center made late-night dining convenient, but initial service at check-in was off-putting.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a great impression on us, especially the well-maintained communal areas.

We found the ladies at the front desk to be rude during our stay, which really dampened the experience.

The room was comfortable, and the nearby three twins ice cream shop was just a few steps away, making it easy to indulge in sweet treats after a day of walking around the area. Plus, the hotel’s proximity to the beautiful cal park hill pathway allowed for some lovely morning strolls to enjoy the fresh air and nature.

The location is fantastic! We enjoyed visiting the nearby shopping plaza and took a quick ferry ride into San Francisco, making our city adventures a breeze. The hotel was also very well maintained, and our toddler loved the pool area, which was a great spot to unwind.

For dads, it would be great to have earlier check-in options available for families.

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed for 2 nights, and the beds were comfy but definitely on the firm side. The room was clean, but it felt a bit basic and could use a refresh. I appreciated the fridge and microwave for convenience. The lack of blackout blinds on one window let in a little light, which was annoying when trying to sleep. Otherwise, the overall atmosphere was nice enough to make it work for my stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Marin Landing Shopping Center and the ferry to San Francisco. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern amenities, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The patio and pool area are lovely, especially on warm days. I also enjoyed the Bistro with its tasty food options, perfect for a quick meal after a day out. However, the check-in process felt a bit uneven. I noticed differing treatment compared to others. The room I had needed a little refresh, especially the bathroom lighting, which seemed dim and could use an upgrade. Overall, I appreciated the quality of service and the hotel's setup but would love to see some enhancements to room features and a more consistent check-in experience.

However, the room cleaning service only being every other day felt a bit inconvenient. especially after long outings.

the courtyard was fantastic! it’s close to the larkspur ferry, which makes trips to san francisco easy. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with suggestions. we also loved the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

During my stay, I noticed some noise from slamming doors in the hallway, particularly at night, making it tough to catch some Z's. The quality of the pull-out sofa bed was subpar, leading to discomfort for any guest planning to sleep on it.
